All products are downloadable PDF crochet and craft patterns. By placing an order you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital download that will be delivered by email immediately upon payment confirmation.
Orders are placed by emailing Hencellemariebueno@proton.me with your chosen items. The Seller will respond with a secure third-party payment link. The purchase is complete when payment is confirmed, at which point the PDF is sent to the email address provided.
All patterns are protected by copyright. You may use patterns for personal use and to create handmade items for sale (with credit). You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the PDF files.
The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of patterns. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant pattern.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All products are digital PDF files delivered by email. There is no physical shipping and no postal address is required from the customer.
Delivery is instant. Your PDF pattern is emailed to you immediately once payment is confirmed by our payment provider. In practice this means your file arrives within minutes of completing payment.
If you do not receive your PDF within 30 minutes of payment, please first check your spam or junk folder, then email Hencellemariebueno@proton.me. We will resend the file promptly.
Patterns are delivered as PDF files compatible with all major devices and operating systems. No special software is required beyond a standard PDF reader.
